Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g or 1.1 lb)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 200g (7 oz) mozzarella cheese, sliced

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Using a sharp knife, cut a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
- Stuff each chicken breast with 2-3 slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese.
- Secure the opening of each chicken breast with toothpicks to prevent the stuffing from falling out.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

- Remove the toothpicks from the chicken breasts before serving.
