Directions
1. In a large pot, combine the pork shoulder, onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the pork is tender and easily shreds, about 2-3 hours.
